DI.S.C.O.P.M.B. Project Approaches Conclusion: Results Presented at the European Parliament

As the DI.S.C.O.P.M.B. Project nears its conclusion, a dedicated event was held in June at the European Parliament to share key results and insights. The project, which focuses on strengthening person-centred, diversity-sensitive care for older migrants and their informal carers, has brought together partners from across Europe over the past years to address urgent challenges in long-term care.

The event was graciously hosted by Member of the European Parliament Idoia Cueva Mendia, whose support helped facilitate a meaningful discussion on how European care systems can become more inclusive, culturally responsive, and equitable.

This gathering provided an important opportunity to reflect on the project’s achievements and to engage with policymakers, practitioners, and researchers committed to improving care for ageing and diverse populations.

We extend our sincere thanks to all project partners, contributors, and stakeholders who have played a vital role in advancing this work and making this event possible. Their dedication is essential as we move toward finalising the project and ensuring its results have a lasting impact.
